Terms & Conditions
1. All members of your group will be required to present valid photo ID. We will only accept a photo card driving licence, passport. 18+
2. The dress code for the evening in keeping with the theme is 1920s. If not dressing up, the dress code is smart/glam. No sportswear.
3. If capacity is reached, we operate a one-out-one-in policy so early arrival is recommended. Queue jump is not included.
4. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
5. Admission is always at the discretion of the venue management. Lola Lo encourages people drink responsibly, so we reserve the right to refuse admission or service to customers who are, or appear to be, intoxicated.
6. Early Bird Tickets are valid for entry before 10:30PM. After 10:30PM, Early Bird ticket holders will need to pay an additional entry fee of £5.
7. First/Second and Final release tickets are valid for entry before 2AM.
8. 'The Tommy Shelby' ticket is valid for admission before 2AM however includes queue jump and a glass of prosecco when arriving before midnight.
