I've lost/can't print my ticket! What shall I do?
Contact the club you are visiting and they will provide you with the reference number from your e-tickets that you need for entry, along with ID.
Do I have to be 18 years of age or over?
YES, for all the events held at Eclectic Bars venues customers must be 18 years of age or above. Management reserve the right to refuse admission. Some events are even over 21 years of age, but this will be specified in the specific terms and conditions on that event ticket page.
Is ID required ever with an e-ticket?
You may be asked to provide ID to prove you are over 18 years of age even if you have already purchased an e-ticket. If you look under 21, please take valid ID. If you can not provide the door staff with valid ID you will be refused entry even having purchased an e-Ticket. Refunds are at the discretion of the management at the venue in question.
Should I print off my e-ticket and bring on the night of the event?
YES, we recommend you do print off your e-ticket and bring to the door. If you have lost your e-ticket or are unable to print, we'll have a record of your purchase, so bring your reference number (on the e-ticket and you confirmation email) and we'll use that, plus your name and ID for entry. The entry process is generally easier and faster if you bring a print out of e-ticket.
Are the e-tickets refundable?
NO, the tickets are not refundable unless the event is cancelled or a guest artist does not show up and is not replaced with an artist of equal stature.
What if an event is cancelled?
If an event is cancelled we will refund the full payment back into the account from which payment was made.
What if I arrive after the scheduled cut off time on the night of the event?
Due to extremely high demand for spaces in our small intimate venues we often specify in our terms and conditions that you must arrive at the venue before a certain time. If you arrive after this specified time you will not be about to gain entry, despite having purchased an e-ticket. This cut off time is clearly displayed prior to the purchasing of the ticket.
Does my e-ticket guarantee entry?
YES, your e-ticket does guarantee you entry to that particular event as long as terms and conditions are adhered too.
Do I have to queue up if I have an e-ticket?
Where possible (and most of the time) we will give e-ticket holders priority entry into the venue. Generally ticket holders will use a separate queue, although this is not always possible.
Do I have to register my details in order to be able to purchase an e-ticket?
YES, all customers must be registered in order to be able to purchase an e-ticket with Eclectic Bars Ltd. This involved declaring an email address and postal address. This is necessary for confirmation to be sent.
Will I receive a hard copy of my ticket through the post?
NO, all tickets are printable through the Eclectic Bars e-ticketing system only and no tickets are ever posted to your address.
When do e-Tickets come off sale for an event?
On the day of the event, at a time specified by the venue. Normally this will be approximately 3 hours before the event starts, allowing you have as much time as possible to guarantee your place in the venue. (Unlike if we had to post tickets to your home address, in which case we would have to close days prior to event).
